Purpose of Messaging
Saleztrax sends transactional and customer-initiated SMS messages only to existing customers with an active mortgage transaction or support request.
Messages may include, but are not limited to:
Status updates related to an active mortgage file
Requests for required documentation
Support ticket updates
Appointment or communication confirmations
Required informational notices related to an existing transaction
No marketing, advertising, promotional, lead generation, referral, or affiliate messages are sent via SMS.
Opt-In Instructions
To enroll in the Saleztrax SMS messaging program, text START to (727) 614-0233.
Participation is voluntary, and consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on customer activity and the status of an active transaction, typically 1–4 messages per week.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Automated Messaging
Messages are sent through an automated messaging system. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability and conditions.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
You will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent.
Saleztrax may retain certain information as required by law or regulatory compliance.
