Working together... At Saleztrax we will customize each working relationship to fit the needs of our mortgage loan originators.  Each of our clients will have the opportunity of a personal consultation to establish their individual working style.  In most situations, the loan file will be emailed to us, we will confirm receipt and begin processing the file within 24 hours.  We will keep the originator informed as to the status of the file each step of the way so that they can maintain communciation with the borrower as the loan file progresses.  Once the file has been submitted to the underwriter and approved, Saleztrax will coordinate the closing and assist the originator through funding.
