How does the contract processor get paid?
As of now, we are paid directly on the HUD-1 at closing. After Jan 1, 2010, our processing fee
will be included in the total origination charges in block on the new 2010 GFE. The title agent will be instructed to
issue a check to us from closing from the the total origination charges.
How
long does it take to close a loan?
The time it takes to move a loan from
origination to closing depends on many factors. How long will it take to obtain the appraisal, title commitment, signed
purchase agreement, borrowers documentation, etc. Our goal is to move a loan through our system as fast as possible
to meet and exceed the expectations of all parties in the transaction.
If our origination volume increases, will
you have the staff to handle it?
The biggest benefit of contract processing
as they we can expand and contract with your business. We will work closely with you to ensure that we are providing
the highest level of service at all times. As the need arises, we can build our staff quickly.

Where is your office? Do you work at home?
Our
office is located in Largo, Fl in a commercial building complex. Our staff of loan processors work in a business environment
everyday. Even though our office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, it is not unusual to find one of our staff
in our office early in the morning or late in the evening!
What type of a contract do I have to sign?
We have a simple Processing Agreement that outlines that responsibilities of the loan originator and
the loan processor. We find that it is important to a written understanding of what each party will be responsible for
during the process.
